Product Overview
Our industrial aluminum foil covers a broad range of non-packaging applications. With alloys spanning 1-series (pure aluminum) through 8-series, we supply foil for electrical, thermal, structural, and advanced manufacturing uses. Capacity to produce from 0.006 mm ultra-thin gauge up to 3.0 mm with widths to 1,800 mm.
Applications
- Cable Foil — Electrical shielding and moisture barrier for power and communication cables. 1060, 1100, 8011 alloys
- Fin Stock — For heat exchangers, air conditioners, and radiators. 1100, 3003, 8011 alloys
- Battery Foil — Current collector foil for lithium-ion batteries. High-purity 1060/1070 with stringent surface quality
- Heat Exchanger Foil — Brazing foil and tube stock. 3003, 5052 alloys

Key Properties by Alloy
| 1-Series (1060, 1100) | High purity (>99.0% Al), excellent conductivity and corrosion resistance. Ideal for cable foil and battery foil. |
